Last week, with much pomp and show, LikeMinds was formally launched on the eve of our flagship event – Community Charcha – a one-of-its-kind endeavor that brought together a host of people touched by the power of communities. Charcha (which means ‘discussion’ in Hindi) involved a good round of talks on everything community, wherein, for three good hours, people engaged in group discussions to build community strategies around different case studies and discovered some inspiring community builders stories.
Charcha began with a uniquely crafted group activity wherein participants strategized and executed their community plans from scratch. A kind of a breakout room event with 5 mentors to help the participants. The different case studies around which communities have to be made include the likes of Tesla, Liscious, Spotify, Chai Point, Decathlon, Bira 91. Challenge for the participants is to plan & build a community from scratch in 2023 (post-pandemic) for the above companies.
The event also witnessed the launch of India’s first-ever State of Community Management report that provides exclusive insights for working / aspiring community professionals working in the country around –
- Growth of brand and independent communities in India
- Role of events in any community
- Impact of COVID19 on communities based in India
- Sustainability of communities in India
- State of community management careers in India
To add more value to the quality of discourse and deliberations in the event, we had with us some of India’s finest community entrepreneurs and community builders as our panelists – Mr. Edul Patel (Co-Founder & CEO, Mudrex), Ms. Naiyya Saggi (CEO & Founder, BabyChakra), Mr. Videt Jaiswal (Founder & CEO, Airblack), and Mr. Rahul Gupta (Co-Founder, StepOne & VC).
If all the above wasn’t enough, there was also a live standup comedy session featuring Garv Malik
